Delivery & Tracking Information

Stock Status

Our online system is not directly link to our Accounting System. Stock availability are not updated real-time. Though we are stockiest for most of the items listed online, stock may still run out if there are a few major bulk order that comes in.

We encourage customers to checkout thier orders online so that they will receive a call within 1-working day from us to update them on their order status. Placing an order online will also minimise disappointment compared to random walk-in to our office. Priority will be given to customer that has placed an online order.


Local Normal Mail

Postage amount starts from $0.60 ~ $3.55 up to weight 2kg only.


Local Courier (via Taqbin)

TA-Q-BIN provides free re-delivery to anywhere in Singapore except no-go zones. They also and operates 365 days a year.

Courier rates start from $7 onwards.


Regular Local Van Delivery

For orders above S$150 (inclusive of GST), customers will have the option of free local delivery.
Delivery Surcharge $15 - For Order value < S$100 
Delivery Surcharge $10 - For Order value > $100 but < $150 

We seek your understanding that most of our items are bulky, and will require a van delivery service.

You will be contacted within 1 working day after we receive your orders.

We will confirm delivery address and depending on our internal delivery loads, delivery will be arranged within 2-3 business days.
 

Express Local Van Delivery

Customers also have option to choose Express Local Delivery for very urgent order request. This is a premium delivery service charge at S$50.00. For all orders that reaches us on a regular working day before 12 noon, Singapore Time, subjected to stock availability, we are commited to arrange for delivery on the following working day during regular working hour.
 

Delivery Hours (Van delivery)

Our delivery service is only available from Monday to Friday. No delivery service is available on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

Off-CBD Area: Delivery is scheduled in the morning anytime from 9:00 am to 12 noon.

CBD-Area: Delivery is scheduled in the afternoon anytime from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
